Admissions process

If you haven't done this already, you should schedule a visit to our school to begin your Admissions Process. Click the button below to schedule your visit. During your visit,  you will meet with our Executive Director so you can here directly from her about our program and what a typical day would look like for your child and how we can serve him/her. 

Please plan on spending about an hour with us for this visit.

Gather as much information and documents you can about your child at the beginning of your Admissions Process. This includes any recent work samples, psych reports, and IEPs. Unless your child(ren)'s report cards have narrative comments or anecdotal information from his/her teachers, you don't need to include this. 

We want to make sure your child can thrive and be successful in our program and the more information you can provide the easier we are able to do this.

Clicking the Apply Now button below in the next step in the Admissions Process. You will need to have all of the information and documents you collected available to upload during this process.

There is no Admissions Testing during our Admissions process. We will assess your student(s) once they are accepted, however, we do not have a test that students must take and/or pass in order to be accepted into our program. 

There is a $100 Application fee at the end of this application.

There is nothing for you to do during this step in your Admissions Process. This is all on us. We will review your child's application and reach back out to you if we have any questions. 

From our paper review, we will determine if we believe we could serve your child successfully. This usually happens within 48 hours. If we believe the answer to this is YES, then we would continue to Step 5. If not, then we will notify you of our decision.

For our 2nd school year, we will schedule a Shadow Day for your son/daughter to spend a day with us during this portion of the Admissions Process. During your Shadow Day, you son/daughter will integrate with the other children, work on various activities with other students, and go through a typical school day. 

They do not have to prepare for anything for this day. There is no assessment or anything like that. This time is for your child(ren) to determine they would enjoy attending our program and for us to determine if they can be successful with us. In some instances, we might want to schedule more than 1 shadow day. 

A shadow day cannot be scheduled without an Admissions Application being submitted. There is a $100 non-refundable Admissions Application fee.

Within 48 hours of your child(ren)'s Shadow Day, we will notify you of our decision to finalize the Admissions Process. For those children who we accept, you will receive an email within 48 hours concerning your child's Tuition, Schedule of Payments, and Enrollment Contract. 

If we are not able to accept your child, you will receive a phone call from our Executive Director within 48 hours of your child's Shadow Day.
